#1 GENERAL POLICY
_{These policies apply to all forms of my work unless specified otherwise. By engaging in any transaction with me, you automatically agree to the following:a. I reserve the right to refuse to sell to anyone for any reason.b. I reserve the right to cancel any transaction for any reason, with the condition that I provide a full refund.c. To ensure fairness and integrity, work of any kind will only begin once payment has been received. In the case of pre-made designs, this pertains to the transfer of files and ownership rather than the beginning of work.d. For commission work, progress shots will be provided. Once one stage has been approved, I will not heavily modify that stage again. Requests to do so (e.g. changing the lineart after approval) may incur additional charge.e. Commission work may take anywhere from 7 - 30 days. Commissioners will be notified if ever there is a delay. Any deadlines must be discussed beforehand and failure to do so may incur additional charge.f. My artwork is intended for personal use only. (Please consult for commercial use.)g. returning customers may be eligible for a discount :>}------------------------2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
_{a My artwork is my own property and I retain the rights to it, in every aspect.b. I have the right to use any of my artwork, commissioned or otherwise, in my online publications, portfolios, examples etc. Please consult before commissioning if the work should not be posted publicly.c. My artwork may not be edited, copied, traced or heavily referenced by anyone. Individuals who are found to be copying, tracing or heavily referencing my work will be denied service in the future.d. My artwork may not be posted unwatermarked and without proper credit. Doing so, especially against explicit warnings, will result in being blacklisted. This is in order to keep my work safe from art thieves, uncredited reposts, etc.e. My artwork is never to be used for Generative AI. None are permitted to feed my artwork to generative AI for reference, training, or any other purpose. Doing so will result in being permanently blacklisted.}
------------------------3. PAYMENTS
_{a. All payments will be made in USD or it's equivalent value in PHP (see '7. Clarifications') via Paypal, Ko-fi, or Gcash.b. You are provided the choice between paying 100% of the price upfront, or 50% before and 50% after completion of commission work.c. In the case of adoptables and limited commission slots, holds are permitted only on the condition that the buyer provides full payment within an allotted time of no more than 2 weeks. Failure to comply will result in losing the adopt/slot to other buyers, and with repeated offense, being blacklisted.d. Payment plans are available only when the price exceeds 50 USD / 2,800 PHP with a non-refundable down-payment of 10 USD / 560 PHP. This is followed by a minimum payment of 5 USD / 280 PHP per month due, with the exact price yet to be determined in accordance with the buyers specifications. Payments are due on the first of each month and if late by a week, the buyer will receive two reminders (spread one week apart). If monthly payments go unpaid for one week past these two reminders (a total of three weeks past due), the payment plan will no longer be valid and the full price will be returned except for the nonrefundable down-payment.e. Refunds are only eligible if I myself cancel the transaction or am unable to complete the commission. Exceptions are to be made only in cases of emergency or justified cause. Backing out, a change of mind, or dissatisfaction with my work and/or service are not considered as justified cause and thus, are not eligible for a refund.}------------------------4. COMMISSIONS POLICY
_{When you commission me, you automatically agree to the following:a. The progress shots to be provided for evaluation, adjustment, and approval in the case of a commission will include the sketch, lineart, color, and rendering phases.b. Once everything is paid in full, original files and any unwatermarked versions will be transferred over.c. Commissioners may repost my original artwork, but must include visible credit to myself, L0onacy.d. Commissioners do not have the right to repost the unwatermarked version of my original artwork, as doing so removes credit to myself and leaves my work open to art thieves and other such threats.e. I am to be given some artistic freedom and flexibility. Minor color and tonal changes to the overall image are to be expected. This may lead to a slight deviation from the original design.}------------------------5. CUSTOM DESIGNS POLICY
_{When you commission me, you automatically agree to the following:a. The progress shots to be provided for evaluation, adjustment, and approval in the case of a custom commission will include the, concept, sketch, lineart, and color phases.b. Once paid for in full, ownership, rights, and original files, including any unwatermarked and/or transparent versions of such, will be transferred over.c. Once paid for in full, designs can be edited in any way, with the exception of the original artwork. I retain the rights to my original artwork, which can not be edited or altered by anyone other than myself.d. Owners of my designs have the right to use the design freely, but only in matters of personal use. (Please consult for commercial use.)e. Owners of my designs may repost my original artwork, but must include visible credit to myself, L0onacy.f. Owners of my designs do not have the right to repost the unwatermarked version of my original artwork, as doing so removes credit to myself and leaves my work open to art thieves and other threats.g. My designs may be freely resold, traded or gifted.}------------------------6. DESIGN AND ADOPTABLES POLICY
_{When you bid on, purchase, or come into possessions of my designs, you automatically agree to the following:a. Once paid for in full, the ownership, rights, and original files, including any unwatermarked and/or transparent versions, will be transferred over.b. Once paid for in full, designs can be edited in any way, with the exception of the original artwork. I retain the rights to my original artwork, which can not be edited or altered by anyone other than myself.c. Owners of my designs have the right to use the design freely, but only in matters of personal use. (Please consult for commercial use.)d. Owners of my designs may repost my original artwork, but must include visible credit to myself, L0onacy.e. Owners of my designs do not have the right to repost the unwatermarked and transparent versions of my original artwork, as doing so removes credit to myself and leaves my work open to art thieves and other threats.f. My designs may be freely resold, traded or gifted.}------------------------7. CLARIFICATIONS
_{This section specifies certain parts of the terms of service that could possibly be subject to confusion, or misunderstandings. Additions are to be added as necessary.a. The terms 'commission' and 'commission work' include 'customs' in their scope. For example, when it is said that "commission work may take up to 7-30 days", that includes customs.b. USD ; United States Dollars, PHP ; Philippine Pesoc. The equivalent value of USD to PHP here is based on PayPal exchange rates, found in its currency calculator. As of December 2025, 1 USD = 57 PHP ; 1 PHP = 0.02 USDd. To view your own currency calculator: PayPal website> Wallet > Under the list of currencies, click 'currency calculator'.
